Alison engages with young people, in particular, developing their drawing and design skills. She also incorporates art and design history into her workshops as well as exploring outdoor place-based learning. Her art facilitation is enhanced by her training as a design historian. She has an understanding of the visual culture that surrounds us and is interested in developing ways to encourage an awareness of this knowledge to a young audience.
