In Merlin Park Woods, near the school there’s a tree with a curved as it bent to find light in the tree canopy. It was covered in moss, so curved and green in stead of straight and brown as we expect most tree trunks to be.I used this tree, plus the one behind as the framework for the design, making strong connections with the locality.
